Refund requests must be initiated prior to shipment.

Blazin Wiks, refunds, returns and exchanges must be initialized via email. You may begin this process contacting us via our customer support email address.

A full refund is granted on items that have not yet shipped. Please get in contact with us if you would like to cancel your order and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that once the package is scanned by the carrier Blazin Wiks is not responsible for shipping issues, damaged items or lost packages. If your package is lost or damaged you will need to contact the carrier. If your package is damaged take photos of the damages and report it immediately to the carrier.

Returnable items

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges can be made if the item has not shipped.

Ship Policies

Items will be shipped by the carrier of choice.
Items are shipped within 2 business days after the order is received. Orders will not shipped on the weekends. Standard shipping can take 7-10 days to be delivered depending on the carrier.
